After purchasing your tickets, you will be sent a couple of emails. One will include your tickets, one will have the address of the event and other important information. Be sure to input the correct email address. If you don't see the emails in your inbox, check your spam folder. if it goes to your spam box, there is usually an option to select that says "this is not spam".
